 Our
company imported the third generation
double extruders spunbond line from the
Italian STP company.Annual production
capacity is 6000Tons.The availability
width of the product is 3200mm and total
width is 3450mm.The basic weight is 10g/m2-160g/m2
and the diameter of the fiber is 1.5D.The
third generation line was modified on
the spinneret and drawing tube.The uniformity
of the product is better than the second
generation.We assumed the perfectly bonding
and physical specification of the product
by the German KUSTERS calender.
We can develop all kinds of function products
such as nes color product ,double colors
product,antistantic product,UV stabilizer
product,anti-bacteria product and hydrophilic
product according to the client requirement
besides the samples in the book.Our products
have chanracteristic of light weight ,soft
hand,good air permeability ,no toxic and
smell ,not harmful to the skin,no mildew
and they can prevent the bacteria and
insect from the liquid.The product can
be used to the following application:sanitary,clothing
and shoes,dressing of the house,industry
and agriculture.
